PCI (Payment Card Industry) is a federally mandated security program that all merchants need to go through each year. If you are processing through a wired terminal, smart phone application or most virtual terminals, you’ll just need to complete a questionnaire once a year. If you have a POS computer system, or are accepting transactions directly on your web site, you will also have to go through a quarterly scan.
To complete your PCI for the year, please log in at www.pcirapidcomply.com. If you need assistance, or have questions while completing your PCI, please contact us at 888-333-5450 (Option 2). You will receive an e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org approximately 30 days before it needs to be completed, as well as if you do not complete it in a timely manner.
For your protection, as well as your customers’ protection, please take the time to complete your PCI as soon as possible! After the first year, it only takes 3-5 minutes to re-certify your questionnaire if nothing’s changed.
Our PCI scans and questionnaires are included in your merchant account. Please note that Ignite cannot issue refunds if you have paid a third party for your PCI.
